ryc: Thanks. I am quite pleased with myself. I had hoped to run it in 35 but thought I'd be fortunate to finish in 40. :p So 37 makes me happy! :)

I was very surprised too when R figured my speed and it wasn't any less than I run normally. I still ran 5mph. :eek:

I came in dead last ...of the runners. There were all the walkers behind me still. But hey I can only get better from here, right???

Believe it or not I've never heard that song. :eek: Never even heard of that song.

Today I ran my 2.5 miles in 28 minutes. My fastest time had been 30 minutes so I shaved 2 minutes off my fastest time. Woo Hoo!! :fun:

I do celebrate...kinda. I usually make a big feed but no one else really does anything. It wouldnt be a irish holiday at all but they do know of it.
